Summer on Scatness

The sea pinks are forming a stunning tapestry carpet on Scatness, especially on the Ness of Burgi where we enjoyed scrambling late this afternoon. The wind is still northerly which is changing how the sea is behaving - have never known the waves to be so quiet here. We saw a few puffins on the cliffs for the first time.
