Extreme hedge cutting!

Yes he is in the middle of the hedge!!

For the past couple of weeks we have been trying to attack (literally) our laurel hedge which has got completely out of hand - was taller than the upstairs windows and had not had a proper cut since before we moved overseas (2010!!)

Today we had managed to get enough off the front to get in to it and higher up and hubby even climbed the main trunk to get near the back!

We easily filled our green bin and have a 5ft high pile of branches to take to the tip!

A good days work - we might actually get some evening sunlight back on the patio :)
