Birthday memories.

This was the message inside the last birthday card my mother sent me before she died. By this stage she had been suffering from Parkinson's disease for a number of years and among other things, was struggling with memory loss. You can see that her handwriting is shaky, she is struggling with her spelling, and has not written my name. I don't look at this card often, but when I do it just brings back so many memories.
