Tried Mr. H's recipe for broad beans - have to confirm - most excellent!

Not home grown mind, but the beans & cilantro were Belgian, the shallots & fresh garlic from Holland. White wine from Chile - commiserations by the way - Chile appears to have taken a leaf out of England's book in the penalty shoot-out department!
