This is the remains of the goldmining at Karangahake Gorge. Went for a bike ride from Waihi to Paeroa and back (50km) all up. Fabulous track and very scenic. Loved the tunnel (1.2km long) Think I might be a little stiff tomorrow!!! Feel pretty good so far, even took Sox for a walk when we got back!
