London Zoo

Trip to London Zoo with Auntie Kate today.

Had a lovely time, despite the best efforts of the torrential rain, we (and our stylish rain ponchos) enjoyed exploring the whole zoo.

We saw some amazing animals - gorillas, tigers, giraffes, penguins and even kangaroos. C loved it and came out with some great observations & questions. He was worried about the tiger getting wet in the rain and wanted to know why the gorilla wasn't swinging and whether the giraffes had babies!

All rounded off out of the rain by lunch and a visit to the shop for the compulsory London Zoo memorabilia! :-)

Full fun day, followed by curry and fizz at home.
