Look - a tractor!

Tonight when S2 got home from work, we all went for a walk through the National Trust property that is nearby. And what a beautiful night for a walk!

The property is amazing. There are a number of different paths that you can follow. Some go through forested areas and others that go through fields. But everywhere there are other families, walkers and dogs.

Tonight was even more special as there was a tractor working in the fields (planting a crop for summer). Luckily we were walking by, just as he was finishing, so CJ was allowed to climb up for a picture. But, like fire engines, tractors are a lot bigger in real life and he was a little unsure to start with. But after a couple of photos, he was happily waving goodbye as the tractor left the field!

I can see that we are going to do a lot more exploring around during the summer as it is such a lovely place for a stroll!
