Fun at Willows Farm

On off rain but it didn't stop us having fun. We watched the Falconers and the kids had a barn owl fly over their heads, we went back to see Nadina and they, and Grandad, had her fly to their hand.. We got talking to the falconer and it was mentioned how much Min likes birds and how Atti (now deceased) was the first bird she flew at 2 and a half. Having heard this it seemed to give him an idea and he told us to wait and rushed off and came back with Atti's name plaque which would have been in front of her perch and gave it to Carys to keep. He then looked at William, rushed off again and then came back with a huge feather from Mossop his European Eagle Owl. Both children very happy with their acquisitions.

Then we did much off what Willows had to offer, Tristan the Tractor, fair rides, trampolines, zip wire, agility course and of course plenty of time in the soft play. Both children went on the wave slide and then Carys went on the drop slide and loved it. She then persuaded W to do the same and that kept them going for a good long while.

Two tired children and grandparents came home in time for bed.

A compilation is cheating on Blip really, I know, but really how could I choose between my two children and their owl and expressions?
