That London

A bit of early morning report writing prior to a ten o'clock pick up to catch the 11.01 train from Newark down to London for a birthday present trip. A proper catch up on the train and a bit of people watching / ear-wigging on the way down. We managed to drop our bags off at the hotel, before Wagamama's on the South Bank and then shopping: Covent Garden and up to Regent Street and into Liberty's before we came back on the tube. Our laughing feet were evidence of a good shop. And then out for dinner at an Italian across the way from the hotel and within sight of tonight's blip - though not from our table. PJs and a G&T and glass of wine and a plan for tomorrow before we go to the theatre at 2pm. And all a very long way away from my manic week.
