Guitar #1

Both of my guitars are in here somewhere.. But here's a closer view of this one. My grandpa gave me this one year because I said I wanted a guitar. He told me that this is one out of 6 guitars in the whole world. I wonder who has the other 5. The weird thing is that I've never found anything about them online...
And the bad thing is that the input fell into the guitar one year and I have yet to get it fixed :( The rose-shaped cutout looks pretty but it makes it wayy to difficult to get it repaired.
