A great idea! I got the coals going, got the wood on there, regulated the temperature to where I wanted it, then placed a chicken in the top.

Then the rain came, which a brought down the temperature, and no matter what I did to get up cooking temperature up, it stayed down, so the chicken is now in the oven.
