Friday Night Tinctures

It's a tradition, and has been for many years - Friday night is Tinctures on the Patio. Well I'm not living in my house right now, I'm in my motor home in a campground. But I still have a patio so the tradition continues.

Tinctures is a term my Dad adopted many years ago that we have continued. Generally a tincture - like an herbal tincture, - is something you might take to help you get well again. It is usually alcohol based. So ... we have Friday night tinctures , (or anytime tinctures) in order to enhance our well being.

Here, Caro and Kristine have placed the sun umbrella on its side so they can sit in the shade of the falling evening sun. We Skyped a friend in Florida and had a most enjoyable evening of friendship, way into the clear, warm, starlit night.
