100 Lavenders.....

....have been planted today.

We have a bank that is too steep for the ride on lawn mower (Rainie put her foot down very assertively). We decided to plant English Lavenders and Flowering Carpet Roses.

The start has been made, and while 100 seemed a lot, they really didn't cover enough, next winter we will plant some more. At least a start has been made.

As the picture shows, a fantastic day weather wise. We both have sore backs this evening but also a feeling of achievement.
