15-Spotted Lady Beetle
She's almost twice the size of your average lady bug and has taken up residence on my asian lilies. She's such a pretty beetle; I love the glossy color of her wing covers. My insect book indicates that she's useful to have in the garden, as she eats aphids and other harmful insects. So I was pleased to see that she stuck around all day.
