Veggies

Sometimes I forget it's veg box week, and then I kick myself for not changing the order, or today, get a nice surprise as I leave the house. A bit inundated with potatoes as I tend to add to it during the week, but the asparagus and peppers (not shown) should be lovely.

I like this veg box for the following reasons:

The farm growing the veg (mostly) is less than 20 miles away,
It's organic
It tastes great,
It's a CSA
It arrives on a Friday before I leave for work meaning I can get stuff that needs it in the fridge and packed away.

Now. What to do with the sweet potatoes....
