Organised!

A great run today with J and C. We made it to 6k which is another first for C: I'll have them all at 10k on no time. Even if it or they kill me, lol!

"Girl's" day out tomorrow. Early train to Glasgow, bit of shopping, lunch and then we're going to see Fame before heading home on the evening train. We take our catering very seriously on these trips so cinnamon rolls made today for our train breakfast. These should go well with the flasks of real coffee and prosecco!

Think I'm going to leave Caley in charge at home!
