Some days in the bike shop are so rewarding.

This bike came in for a puncture repair. Now, this bike is special. I mean this is a really unique, high end, custom bike. Someone took a lot of care, a lot of time, and a hell of a lot of money to spec this thing. It's not the kind of bike you dilly-dally around town on. It's a serious machine and something just felt wrong about the situation.

Well, unbelievably, within 10min of posting my suspicion on an online forum.....I had an email address to a guy who posted a thread about the theft of this bike along with others over 4 years ago.

I just spoke to him on the phone. It's his, and he's super duper stoked that it's been found.

You don't even want to know what it cost! Can't wait to get this dealt with tomorrow.
