Smashed

I said that I would get smashed tonight.
Wasn't expecting the cat to take my statement literally.
I have had that glass for 20 years.
Am a little annoyed, especially as that's a lovely Shiraz on the floor.

Didn't realise it was a milestone blip yesterday till I had posted. Am mortified to have posted such a mediocre and mundane image for such a magnanimous moment.

Thanks for your greetings and words of support and kindness, they are appreciated despite my persistent failure to comment these days
