Mock Orange

A wet and grey day today and now it is raining heavily. I love Fridays with it being my day off so apart from having to do the chores, I do get time to myself. Most of the day was spent on the former, but I did get some time riding. Typically after a dreadful outing on Wednesday to a dressage competition seeing us getting our worst score in a long time, Johnny went like a dream today..couldn't have done that two days ago could we.

This Philadelphus is one of my favourite shrubs and has grown huge, gracing the garden with it lovely blooms and even lovlier smell.
