Flower Meadows
Well we are back at our favorite place. After arriving at about 11.45 we had lunch then headed out to Hookney Tor After a spin around to see if all was the same the first thing we realizes is that in the six weeks since we were last here the tourist season was well under way and large foreign coaches were again struggling to navigate the narrow moorland roads
We wanted to see some flower meadows not far from Post Bridge, They are hidden by a stone wall and not visible to drivers of passing cars and we only spotted them after having to stop there a few years ago, They are not cultivated, and apart from grazing a few sheep in there occasionally, they grow perfectly naturally/
Mrs M is enjoying being back again and I am sure our stay here will do her good.
