Always expect good service. Vote with your feet

I needed two new tyres so I went to the local place where they can fit them quick.

The man on the desk was very rude and not at all smiley. He said he was too busy to look at it and to come back in two hours.

I went to a different branch. Amazing the difference good service makes. I shall be using the not so local one next time.
