Brownie Camp

Hannah has a busy weekend ahead of her.

Dropped her and her friend off at camp this morning to help get everything set up for the arrival of 250 brownies tomorrow. The camp is part of the Brownies 100th anniversary celebrations and girls from all over Angus will be there although there are only about 8 from the unit that Hannah and Annie help out with. We even have Stina going up tomorrow morning and staying Saturday night to help out. All go here!

When we arrived the food delivery for the weekend was arriving which must have been an entire Tesco delivery van full. The delivery guy was definitely getting a workout, pulling the big baskets of stuff from the van and carrying it to the food store. He then had to drive his van down to the hut to offload the stuff for the fridges.
There was also a team of guys putting up a huge marquee in the top field. Looks like it's going to be a fun weekend for the brownies :)

Fingers crossed they have a dry weekend. The brownies are staying from Saturday until Monday so all the parents will at least get a reprieve from the overexcited kids they have at the start of the summer holidays.
