Filing!

Today's blip was going to be of the pile of filing that I have been avoiding doing for several months. I tend to allow it to build up on the printer until I can no longer use it for copying and then know its time to file! However for some reason the pile had been moved to the dining room table and thus there it stayed. But I forgot...........to take the photo of the pile.
So here is a bit of file tidying - this is the removal of all the out of date insurance papers and some other bits along with a few papers that still require to find their way into the relevant file.
I have also had the renewal papers for the little tenanted place next door - they now require the locks to be changed upon a tenant leaving. So I now have a list of queries for them with one being is this necessary if your tenant has died!! Wonder what they will say.....!
