Forlorn

9yo set up the chess when the family were here for lunch today. Nobody wanted to play with him. Perhaps he needs to learn a bit of tact, or deviousness, because he announced that he wanted to play with his 6yo brother, "so that I can beat him"! Honest, but not designed to get him a playing partner! Instead they made mats with Hama beads and the wee ones painted ducks.
