Ladies and Gentlemen

Meet Alice.
She was born in a hurry this morning at 3:15am.
We shocked Hannah by making it home in time for breakfast.
Both Alice and my lass are both well and doing fine.

We were once a family of 3, but now we're a family of 4. Perfect.
Hannah has spent all day stroking Alice and giggling every time she moves. So far so good.

These events in our lives are so emotional and I'm not a wordsmith so my words never convey how I feel. I have such joy at being able to announce Alice's arrival into the world and still such sadness, my thoughts are still always with my best friends, I know this image must be a difficult one for you both. My hugs go to you.
