NEW LENS ON AN OLD VIEW

First time out with MY NEW CAMERA today so where else but our LOCAL LANDMARK to see how it performs, I was intending just to purchase the body to save a little on the cost, would have made it easier to explain to my long suffering wife, but the 18/55mm lens only worked out at another fifty pounds which is a big saving on buying it alone afterwards. Basically just snapped away this evening without setting to much up so with a bit of practice I should hopefully produce some decent images, before all that mind, I'll need to sneak it into the house & try to convince dearest that it's the same camera I've always had!
