Queen of Hearts

One of the 'BlockHeads' pencil blocks designed and made by one of my classes. The block had to be based on the theme of a face. They had to hold or display something. This one was designed to hold a mobile phone and I decided the detail in the painting was so good, I'd use it as my photo of the day.

Halfway through the last week and it was the workshop that got the treatment today. Two large dustbin loads went to the skip this afternoon. That left my workbench clear(ish) and my drawer completely empty.
