WTF???!!! ...

This is difficult to appreciate if you don't look at radiographs all the time but in essence it's a cat I had booked in for a mammary tumour removal and just wanted to check the chest to make sure it hadn't spread already. What I ended up finding was a massive defect between the chest and abdominal cavity and a ginormous structure in the abdomen which is likely her uterus filled with fluid. So everyone's reaction was just WTF?! :-) Congential diaphragmatic defects are very tricky to repair so she went off to see the specialist about this!
