You can't have it all

Today everyone from back home (if my Facebook was anything to go by) went to Glastonbury. Pretty much the only thing that I had questioned as a reason not to spend a year in New York was missing Glastonbury. Which may seem crazy to most people but it's possibly my favourite place in the World. I miss it and talk about it all the time, just ask any of my friends out here who are all sick of hearing about it. I've been dreading this weekend but strangely it doesn't feel as bad as I'd expected. I guess life out here has turned out pretty well, plus, I always have this view to fall back on.

I guess sometimes you can't have it all.
