The Gardener

Claudia is the head gardener at Dr Neil's Garden in the grounds of Duddingston Kirk.

The garden was first planted in the 1960s, and I can remember walking through it on Sunday mornings, trailing between the church and the church hall, where I was made to endure the tedium of Sunday School. The garden and I have both matured since those days.
