Good To Be Home

The Harbour Road is renowned locally for the atmosphere on any given sunny day especially outside Joe May's pub. He has a 24 hour licence but never abuses it and only stays open late into the night if the lifeboat is out and well wishers need shelter from the elements. Crowds prefer to take their drink from the pub and sit outside and the harbour wall and chat away the hours. I love to watch the evening unfold as the sun sets and the crowd slowly disperses home and always trouble free.

Got a lovely surprise text earlier in the day and an invite to coffee. My day was already a success before I ever got to see another beautiful sunset... Just saying...
