Instructions for an Ordinary Utopia

So what will happen in Frome when you get a grant (from the Arts Council?) and bus in three London artists to create a new project with the rather bizarre title of Instructions for an Ordinary Utopia? Well, according to one of these 'artists', something wonderful will happen.
This is the new motto for Frome, apparently.
A load of bollo pretentious claptrap, more like.
You didn't do your homework, love - you got the tense wrong. Something wonderful is happening, has already happened (although not to the Variety Stores, obviously!), and if you'd only bothered to look, you'd have realised that. After all, the Times says we are the 6th coolest place to live in Britain... there isn't much 'ordinary' about our little patch of Utopia!
