Mr Vibe's announcement!

There's a tunnel near my house that the council keep repainting white. It's an ideal spot for graffiti artists to spray away... There are two graffiti artists that tag all over Edinburgh. I'm presuming it's two anyway. This bit of graffiti kinda confirms it. This is Mr Vibe's work, passing a message to Toarch. I wonder if there will be a reply!
