So it was medical number three today.....

The doctor said yes.

Now I have to wait for his report to go to prospective employer - it will say I am fit for the job but will make them aware that due to health conditions I may experience higher levels of sickness than a 'healthy' person.

So now fingers crossed the conditional offer will turn into a firm congratulations you have a job offer.
