Beautiful teeth!

From the village of Echalvines we looked up at the wonderful chateau of Bluffy, but the view of the Dents de Lanfon drew our cameras in their direction again and we couldn't resist. The forecast rain and storms got lost en route and we have suffered another beautiful day with a refreshing breeze. We visited the Trappist Monks Abbey at Col de Tamie, Faverges, Thones, and returned to Albertville by the village from where this photo was taken on the edge of the Lac de Annecy.
While cooking our evening meal we discovered a baby blackbird sitting on the awning skirting. Very young, it seemed to have lost its way and sat there for about an hour before it squeaked and flew away.
A local saucisson seller visited the campsite tonight, and we tried and subsequently bought lots! He assured us that it will keep for 3 months if wrapped in cotton and kept in the fridge so we can take some home - if we don't eat it! :-)

Another lovely day.
