Caterpillar invasion

The nettles were heaving with hundreds of what I believe to be Peacock Larvae today. Such an amazing sight.
I cant help wondering how many will survive being eaten by birds.
Hopefully lots and then maybe next month I will be able to blip a peacock butterfly.
