A soggy start...

Heavy rain last night with some crackles, booms, and local flooding led to a very wet and rainy morning. It wasn't going to stop this soggy black bird from enjoying his breakfast at the Bird Bistro however. He perched there and munched on the seeds for so long that I began to wonder if he might be too fat to fly when he took off.

A very busy day ahead is my reason for posting my blip early. I may get back to blip later for a short visit, but then again......other duties are calling. Have a great day Blippers.

A few hours later...The rain had stopped and I spotted the starling on top of the Bird Bistro, trying to dry out. I snapped his picture again and posted it here. It is quite a contrast.
