Finding an angle

Today hasn't been the happiest of days. I'm trying to relearn java, having not touched it in more than five years, and it's not coming back as fast as I would like. I've been disappointed to find that I was actually getting used to the Houston heat: I've been cold since I got back to Ontario and can't seem to get warm. I sent off another boatload of resumes without feeling very hopeful about what will come of it. Just feeling rather useless and sorry for myself.
