The Lights Festival...

Well kind of...

We were all excited to go the Lyttelton Lights Festival...

We got in the car, got about 10 minutes from home and the traffic was practically at a stand still.

Lyttelton isn't a big place...

And there were a lot of cars.

So we turned around, went to the supermarket and got beers and cider.

Then spent the night watching Avatar: The Last Airbender (The TV show NOT the movie)

Hattie and I were a bit upset that we missed the fireworks - that were at 7.30!?!?!?

So we had our own wee firework show!
