DadCamp Day 2

I think the kids may just have made it into bed on Day 1.... maybe. Didn't stop my pair getting up at early o'clock right enough.

Never strayed from the site; went for a good old walk in the forest before getting to the pond that the weans had to get into. Callum and Ewan did some lengths of the pond before a mud fight broke out; that was about the time when the bride arrived for her wedding photos and there was six weans in their pants flinging mud and Steven wrestling a boisterous, wet spaniel to the ground before it went to see the girl in the big white dress....

She went elsewhere.

Big BBQ tonight (we even fed the neighbours). We had finished Steven's beer (to my brothers disgust) and progressed onto proper beer factory beer, the kids did three big bumper tubs of Haribo. I decided to give Callum two burgers after seeing this picture on the screen....

Kids were in bed early, probably about half eleven.

How come Sally Mann's kids looked cool in shots like this ?
