Getting ready for the main event

I'm at The Royal Society to photograph The Princess Royal.

She is Patron of the Intensive Care Society and today she and several senior doctors are discussing sepsis (another word for infection).

HRH is well known and highly regarded for the number of public functions she attends every year and I was impressed by the warmth and knowledge with which she discussed the subject.

Maybe this would have made a more apt picture of the day, however I have a heck of a lot of editing to do before tomorrow morning.
