I've had quite a productive day, but after hours of sorting and organising the house still looks like the same old mess! Oh well, hopefully chip away at little bits of it and I'll get it sorted eventually.

Got a bit wound up by a few stupid remarks today, but thankfully I had a friend to talk to who made me laugh and I calmed down a lot! Sometimes I have days when I think it's just me being over sensitive, I know I can be my own worst enemy sometimes. So I tried a bit of meditation again this morning and spent the rest of the day much calmer. I'll have to meditate for the next few days as Mr S has 3 days holiday and he's bound to annoy me!!
