Gable End

Just about still standing, this old ruin is slowly collapsing, stone by stone. Rumour has it that it has been sold so perhaps it will be renovated, or more likely rebuilt, in the years to come. A rather damp and misty walk up here with Scratch and Ollie this morning, before Scratch went home.

Busy, busy afternoon in the shop. Lots of visitors up for the St Magnus Festival and some of them found they way to us today including a very cheery Australian couple who bought four jumpers! Lots of hilarity and laughter, such nice people, interested in everything, the history, scenery and wildlife and fun to meet!
