Commonwealth Games Baton.

Up and out rather early this morning as the baton which is doing the rounds was passing through town. Impressive escort and support vehicles too. We followed the cavalcade down to the local High School where all interested pupils could get a close look or even a touch. We passed the school dining hall/refectory and there were a couple of pupils sitting drinking coffees and obviously thinking the whole business was so uncool.
Later we took the Dynamic Duo for their summer hair cuts. They both look so smart and will be much more comfortable on these warmer days.
It was Euan's summer trip today and the class all went to a local activity park. He had an absolute ball!
