Prince Charles

I have had a lovely day.

For the last year I have been volunteering for The Princes Regeneration Trust on a project to save the buildings and collections of Middleport Pottery home of Burleigh ware. I have been working on the 19,000+ pottery moulds, and today I have been privileged to attend the official opening and have met and chatted with Prince Charles, as part of a little group of three who showed him around the pottery mould store.

Unfortunately cameras were not allowed on his private tour, but i did manage to get this image as he was leaving.
