Cocktails with Clare

Clare and I go back a long way- we used to work together in Nottingham and then she became my line manager for a few years before she moved on to bigger and more stressful challenges. And I have to say she was the best manager I've ever had! We have been good friends for nearly 20 years.

Our paths still cross because we still both work for the same organisation, although we're both in different roles now. And today we arranged for our paths to cross in London as she was heading up back up to MK and I was heading home. It was really lovely to have a drink and catch up.
