White lily 'teardrop'

Well its really stigmatic fluid from the stigma which is very sticky, for catching pollen. I have been watching this drop slowly increase in size and thought I would capture it with a reflection from the stamens.

A busy day with a 2 hour visit by a house surveyor, rather late in the day as we were meant to exchange yesterday but this was delayed through lack of returns from searches. He will no doubt find things to write about but then the property is over 120 years old. We wait and see.
