Seal Island Bridge...

Here we are heading over the Seal Island Bridge, at around 8am this morning...doing about 110K's.....i love feeling the frigid wind in my face, as i hang out the window to get a shot of this view!!!!
We were on our way to Sydney for a day's meditation practice....my god that's such hard work....sitting, walking, sitting....eating....talking, sitting, walking!!!
and doing much the same tomorrow!!

BTW: altho i don't get any lovely little red balloon (cos i've missed too many days...ahhhh big sigh here!), i just have to acknowledge that today is my anniversary - a year ago i joined Blip!!! who'd have thought it would take on such a strong element in my daily life, but it has and and i love it..... i'm so grateful to all the wonderful folks in this awesome community!
