The Race is On

I am having to rely on garden blips at the moment whilst I am resting my back and hip. The walk I went on the weekend before last included some very steep steps which I think has aggravated/ trapped a nerve in my hip and throughout last week it got more and more painful until I could hardly walk by Saturday and getting up the stairs was a real mission. I have been giving it lots of rest and it is finally easing up a bit but I'm going stir crazy and the rest of me wants to go out and about - it's no fun getting old!!!! :-( I have two different photo group meetings this week that I really want to attend, the first of which is tomorrow, so I'm hoping that my back/hip will allow me to go, fingers crossed :-))
