Whitmuir

With rain in Edinburgh and mist obscuring the Pentlands, we were delighted to find a brighter day and delicious fruit scones at Whitmuir Organic Farm, Lamancha on the road to Romano Bridge.

A walk up the paths behind, found a field with a crèche of piglets asleep in a dusty huddle far away from their cumbersome mums who opted to stay near their shelters, obviously delighted to have some peace and quiet for a while.
